Our country is the youngest country in the world. In our country, there are more than 50% youth with respect to our population. But still we are struggling for becoming a Developed country. This is very shameful for us. But as we know every fact has two aspect one negative and 2 nd one positive. Here we want to convert all negative aspect into positive aspect. It is our responsibility to guide & motivate these human resources by our selfless service and dedication. "Mission vision-20" is the one of these responsibilities .The following is the objective and procedure for selecting the students for "Mission vision-20".
Objective:-
The main objective of Mission Vision-20 is to track the talented bunch of students from economically back. Talent knows no boundaries. It is everywhere. All one needs is to spot talent and nurture it to let it blossom. The talented students have been given quality teaching and an open atmosphere to perform to the best of their potential.
The students should not be handicapped by financial constraints of their families. Mission Vision-20 is to help more and more students from economically poor sections reach the Engineering colleges as IIT,NIT, BHU etc. If talented students are spotted at the school-level, it can work wonders. With this in mind, we want to set up schools for poor children. The schools would provide the right impetus to the students at the right time through innovative teaching to develop their interest in Mathematics and Science subjects at an early age. It would shape them for different Olympiads and prepare them for other competitions.
Selection:-
We conduct a test exam in our district with name CTSE(champaran tallent search examination) and select 20 students from all classes from vii to xii and we provide them proper education and guidance.
our special planning is that we provide the guidance by video conferencing. We have many faculties who are ready to teach the students online. They are studying in various colleges or doing job in various reputed company. All of them are well qualified in their own field. This is as RANBAN for the students, because they are getting exact required information for study.
